Refund / Subscription Policy

This Refund / Subscription Policy explains how Bon-ru handles order cancellations, refunds, subscriptions, renewals, shipping issues, and billing disputes.

1. Cosmetic Product Notice

Bon-ru products are cosmetic hair and scalp support products. Individual results vary, and no specific cosmetic outcome, degree of improvement, or timeline is guaranteed. Dissatisfaction with individual cosmetic results does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

2. Order Review and Processing

Orders may be reviewed for accuracy, payment completion, shipping information, product availability, fraud prevention, and compliance with Bon-ru policies. Bon-ru reserves the right to cancel, refuse, limit, or modify an order at its discretion.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Bon-ru does not store complete credit card numbers, CVV codes, or payment credentials.

4. Subscription Renewals

If you enroll in a Bon-ru subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the subscription interval selected at checkout unless and until the subscription is canceled before the next billing date.

Subscription renewals may occur automatically. It is the customer's responsibility to review subscription terms, renewal dates, billing amounts, and cancellation deadlines.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may request subscription cancellation by contacting Bon-ru at info@bon-ru.com or through any customer portal made available by the payment processor.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date. Cancellation does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed.

6. No Retroactive Subscription Cancellation

Once a subscription renewal has been processed, Bon-ru may not be able to stop fulfillment or shipment. Customers are responsible for canceling before the next scheduled billing date.

Refunds, if approved, are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refund eligibility may depend on:

For health, hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, opened, used, altered, or partially consumed products may not be eligible for return or refund unless required by law or unless Bon-ru determines otherwise at its sole discretion.

9. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, handling fees, and taxes may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the refund is due to a Bon-ru fulfillment error.

10. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact Bon-ru promptly at info@bon-ru.com. We may request photographs, order confirmation details, packaging images, or carrier information before approving a replacement or refund.

11. Lost or Stolen Packages

Bon-ru is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged by shipping carriers after transfer to the carrier, except where required by law. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery disputes.

12. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, returned due to an incorrect address, or deemed undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees, return fees, or reshipment costs.

Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on the payment processor, card issuer, bank, or financial institution. Bon-ru does not control bank processing timelines.

14. Chargebacks and Billing Disputes

Customers agree to contact Bon-ru at info@bon-ru.com regarding billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in cancellation of orders, suspension of account access, or collection efforts where permitted by law.

15. Promotional Discounts and Trial Offers

Promotional offers, discount codes, limited-time offers, trial pricing, bundles, and special pricing may be subject to separate terms. Discounts may not be retroactively applied to prior purchases.

16. Policy Changes

Bon-ru reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this Refund / Subscription Policy at any time. The version posted on the website at the time of purchase or renewal may apply to that transaction, unless otherwise required by law.
